The total consideration payable by the Issuer to the Seller with respect to the Receivables (together with the related Ancillary Rights) on the Purchase Date shall be an amount equal to the Initial Receivables Purchase Price or the Additional Receivables Purchase Price, as applicable, of the relevant Receivables identified in the Notice of Sale.
