Initial Research Plan definition

Initial Research Plan means the preliminary research plan attached hereto as Exhibit A, which plan sets forth (a) the activities of the Parties commencing on the Effective Date until the Final Target Selection Date, including the Collaboration Target selection process, Screening Assays to be conducted, and contemplated time periods associated with such activities, and (b) a general description of the types of activities to be conducted by the Parties during the remainder of the Collaboration Term. For purposes of clarity, upon final JSC approval of the Research Plan with respect to any Program, the terms of such Research Plan shall supersede the terms of the Initial Research Plan with respect to such Program.

Initial Research Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.1.

Initial Research Plan means the initial research plan of the Company.

Examples of Initial Research Plan in a sentence

• The CUE-103 Initial Research Plan shall, at a minimum, unless the Parties agree otherwise, be reasonably designed to include Research activities for CUE-103 Compounds containing the Initial Collaboration Allele(s) reasonably required to accomplish the filing of an IND [**] and shall be consistent with the Template Initial Research Plan.

• The CUE-103 Initial Research Plan shall be updated and amended by the JRC as it deems appropriate, and in any event promptly after any LGC Additional Allele, Cue Additional Allele [**] is added to the CUE-103 Program in accordance with the terms of Section 4.3(e).

• In the event of any express conflict or inconsistency between this Agreement and the Initial Research Plan, any Research Plan or any Early Development Plan or of any Schedule or Exhibit hereto, the terms of this Agreement and of the Side Agreement shall control.

• In addition, Takeda may conduct activities under the Research Plan in its discretion and at its expense and shall undertake those activities allocated to Takeda under the Initial Research Plan (defined below).

More Definitions of Initial Research Plan

Initial Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.1.

Initial Research Plan means the CUE-101 Initial Research Plan, the CUE-102 Initial Research Plan, the CUE-103 Initial Research Plan and all other initial Research Plans for Additional Alleles and the [***] Allele that are deemed Initial Research Plans in accordance with Section 4.3(f), as applicable.

Initial Research Plan has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Research Plan.”

Initial Research Plan is defined in Section ‎3.3. The Initial Research Plans are provided in Exhibit A and Exhibit B.

Initial Research Plan means the first research plan for Arcturus to conduct research relating to LNP delivery as approved through the JSC pursuant to Section 2.5(d)(i) or Section 2.5(d)(ii), and upon such approval is hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

Initial Research Plan means (a) the initial plan for carrying out the research activities of Syros and its Affiliates during the Research Term and (b) a high-level summary of the research activities of Incyte and its Affiliates during and after the Research Term, in relation to any Program Target other than a Validated Target, including, in each case, ((a) and (b)): [**].
