In the event that, on the Initial Scheduled Maturity Date or the First Extended Maturity Date, the aggregate principal amount of Revolving Credit Outstandings exceeds the aggregate Commitments (after giving effect to such extension and the termination of any Commitments of non-extending Lenders), the Borrowers shall, on the Initial Scheduled Maturity Date or the First Extended Maturity Date, as applicable, prepay Loans or cash collateralize Letters of Credit Obligations in accordance with Section 2.11(d).
In no event shall the Initial Scheduled Maturity Date or the First Extended Maturity Date, as applicable, be extended with respect to the Commitments, Loans or any other right or obligations hereunder of any Lender or Issuer without the prior written consent of such Lender or Issuer to such extension.
