Initial Scheduled Maturity Date definition

Initial Scheduled Maturity Date means the fifth anniversary of the 2020 Separation Effective Date or, if such day is not a Business Day, on the immediately preceding Business Day.
Initial Scheduled Maturity Date means the fifth anniversary of the Closing Date or, if such day is not a Business Day, on the immediately preceding Business Day.
