Initial Scope of Work definition

Initial Scope of Work means the Work under the Contract Documents through completion and approval of the initial Master Development Plan, including, but not limited to, the Deliverables set forth in Exhibit H, as more particularly described in Exhibit J to the Agreement. The term "Initial Scope of Work" specifically excludes any Technical Support Services, Update Work or Facility Work.

Initial Scope of Work means a facility including not less than 90,000 sq.ft. of gaming space, 75 gaming tables, 3,000 slot machines, 4,000 surface parking spaces for guests (unless a smaller number is approved by the Business Board) and parking spaces for 45 buses and 600 employees; provided that if financing beyond the aggregate amount of the Loans set forth in ss. 9.2 is available to the Band without Lakes' guarantee on terms acceptable to the Band, the Initial Scope of Work may at the Band's option be increased to include a hotel, bingo hall and multi-purpose entertainment facility, or an indoor garage.

Examples of Initial Scope of Work in a sentence

  • During performance of the Initial Scope of Work, Developer shall be responsible for preparing and submitting to TxDOT monthly Schedule Updates of the approved Project Schedule for the Initial Scope of Work, as more particularly provided in Exhibit G to this Agreement.

  • Developer’s compensation for preparation and submission of each of the Deliverables for the Initial Scope of Work identified in Exhibit J of this Agreement, including its proposed Master Development Plan, Master Financial Plan and Project Management Plan shall be the lump sum prices for each Milestone set forth in Exhibit H.

  • Within 30 days after issuance of Project NTP1, Developer shall consolidate and revise the Project Management Plan and the Quality Management Plan submitted with the Proposal such that the resulting Project Management Plan meets the requirements set forth in Exhibit F that are applicable to the Initial Scope of Work.

  • Collocation requirements after the Initial Scope of Work will be governed by the terms of any applicable Facility Implementation Plans or Facility Agreements.

  • During the Initial Scope of Work, Developer and TxDOT shall meet and negotiate the terms and conditions for Developer’s performance of Technical Support Services, including the scope of the services and compensation therefor.

  • Payments for other elements of the Initial Scope of Work will be made in accordance with the methodology for payment set forth in Exhibit H to this Agreement.

  • Developer shall, during the performance of the Initial Scope of Work, collocate its Key Personnel and staff engaged to perform the Work under the Agreement with the key personnel and staff engaged to perform the Work under the Concession CDA and TxDOT’s general engineering team for the Project in facilities with location, space needs and layout to be approved by TxDOT.

  • After completion of the Initial Scope of Work and approval of the Master Development Plan, Developer shall be responsible for updating the Master Development Plan at TxDOT’s request, which will be no more frequent than annually.

  • Developer’s compensation for the Initial Scope of Work shall be calculated and paid in accordance with Exhibit H.

  • After completion of the Initial Scope of Work, Developer shall be responsible for submitting Schedule Updates on a quarterly basis.

Related to Initial Scope of Work

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
