Initial Scope of Work definition

Initial Scope of Work means the Work under the Contract Documents through completion and approval of the initial Master Development Plan, including, but not limited to, the Deliverables set forth in Exhibit H, as more particularly described in Exhibit J to the Agreement. The term "Initial Scope of Work" specifically excludes any Technical Support Services, Update Work or Facility Work.
Initial Scope of Work means a facility including not less than 90,000 sq.ft. of gaming space, 75 gaming tables, 3,000 slot machines, 4,000 surface parking spaces for guests (unless a smaller number is approved by the Business Board) and parking spaces for 45 buses and 600 employees; provided that if financing beyond the aggregate amount of the Loans set forth in ss.
Initial Scope of Work the work in respect of resource definition at Block 7 and Block 8 and the consideration of mining, processing, infrastructure and port facility alternatives as set out in the Share Purchase Agreement;

Examples of Initial Scope of Work in a sentence

  • The Developer shall perform and complete the Deliverables resulting from the tasks specified in Exhibits D, E, and F for the Initial Scope of Work within the Developer Milestone delivery dates/deadlines.

  • After issuance of the Project NTP1 for the Initial Scope of Work, Developer shall collaborate with TxDOT to establish schedule and progress reporting standards for the Project performance period.

  • Developer’s Milestones for the Initial Scope of Work shall include, at a minimum, the milestones set forth in Exhibit J.

  • The delivery date/deadline for each Developer Milestone will be determined as a part of the Developer’s submittal of the schedule for the Initial Scope of Work (Milestone 1).

  • If requires substantial revisions to MDP, parties may renegotiate Initial Scope of Work price.

  • TxDOT reserves the right to establish and require Developer to comply with a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Program in lieu of the DBE Program in connection with the Initial Scope of Work and Update Work, if TxDOT determines that only state funds will be used to fund such Work.

  • Developer shall, during the performance of the Initial Scope of Work, collocate its Key Personnel and staff engaged to perform the Work under the Agreement with the key personnel and staff engaged to perform the Work under the Concession CDA and TxDOT’s general engineering team for the Project in facilities with location, space needs and layout to be approved by TxDOT.

  • Developer shall comply with all provisions of TxDOT’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program, including the DBE Special Provisions set forth in Exhibit K, 49 CFR Part 26, and the DBE Rules, in connection with the Initial Scope of Work and Update Work.

Related to Initial Scope of Work

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Scope of Works means the sections of the RFQ detailing the technical requirements of the work to be carried out as existing at the Date of Acceptance of the Quotation and any modification of such Works thereafter directed or the use of which has been permitted by the Superintendent for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes an amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.

  • Completion of work means completion of the entire contracted work. Exhaustion of quantity of any particular item mentioned in the bid document shall not imply completion of work or any component thereof.

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Cost of work , in table above, shall mean the agreement amount of the work.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals.

  • Development Work means any work carried out in relation to the physical construction of a mine;

  • Period of Work means the time during which an employee is at the disposal of the employer;

The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
