Initial Senior Notes definition

Initial Senior Notes means $115,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Senior Notes issued under this Indenture on the Issue Date.

More Definitions of Initial Senior Notes

Initial Senior Notes has the meaning set forth in the Recitals to this Indenture and more particularly means any of the Senior Notes authenticated and delivered under this Indenture other than Exchange Notes.
Initial Senior Notes means the first issuance of senior notes by the Borrower; provided that such issuance occurs within 180 days of the Closing Date.
Initial Senior Notes means the notes issued under the Senior Notes Indenture on the date hereof, and any notes issued in exchange, substitution or replacement thereof.
Initial Senior Notes means Initial 2026 Senior Notes and the Initial 2028 Senior Notes.
Initial Senior Notes means the Borrower’s senior unsecured notes to be issued prior to the Initial Availability Date pursuant to an indenture to be entered into between the Borrower and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee; provided that (a) the maturity of such Initial Senior Notes is at least six (6) months after the Maturity Date, (b) the Weighted Average Life to Maturity of such Initial Senior Notes is greater than the number of years (calculated to the nearest one-twelfth) from the date of incurrence of such Indebtedness to the Maturity Date, and (c) such Initial Senior Notes either (i) have terms substantially similar to those customary in high-yield debt offerings or (ii) (A) do not contain financial covenants that are more restrictive than those contained herein and (B) do not contain other covenants and events of default that are more materially more restrictive, taken as a whole, than those contained herein.
Initial Senior Notes means Borrower’s 5.875% Sustainability-Linked Senior Notes due 2030 issued prior to or substantially simultaneously with the Effective Date pursuant to the Senior Notes Indenture.
Initial Senior Notes means the 10.5% senior notes of the Company due 2017 in an aggregate principal amount of $200,000,000 issued pursuant to the Initial Senior Notes Documents.
