Initial Trustees definition

Initial Trustees means the Trustees identified in clause 3.1;

Initial Trustees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(a) hereof.

• AS WITNESSED BELOW the Settlor and Initial Trustees have executed this Agreement on the day first above written.

More Definitions of Initial Trustees

Initial Trustees means those persons named as the first trustees of the Trust who were the Party of the First Part to this Contract of Trust, as such contract stood on May 8, 1998;

Initial Trustees means the duly appointed members of the IAOC as of the Effective Date who are listed on Schedule B attached hereto and who have executed this Agreement below.
