Inside Wiring definition

Inside Wiring means the cable that exists inside the subscriber’s home or business to a point 12 inches outside of the home or business, and includes any extra outlets, splitters, connections, fittings, or wall plates attached to it.
Inside Wiring consists of Home Run Wiring and Home Wiring.
Inside Wiring means telephone wiring inside a residential unit or multi- dwelling unit (MDU) building. To the extent that this definition is applied to a mobilehome park or other development that may have resident-owned units, this inside wiring definition excludes any inside communications wiring installed in a residential unit or MDU building that is not owned by the mobilehome park or other development.

Inside Wiring is wiring that is owned by you and begins at the “Demarcation Point,” (that is the point 12 inches outside your resi- dence) and extending to your television set(s), high speed internet modem(s), telephone(s) or other customer premises equipment connected to a service Wave provides in your home. This Plan also includes (i) customer education service calls on Wave equipment and services, (ii) identifying whether the source of a service problem resides within the Inside Wiring, and (iii) identifying if the service prob- lem resides within your on-premises equipment. Without this Plan, Wave may repair Inside Wiring but will have to charge you certain fees based upon the time required to complete the maintenance activity. Repair and maintenance beyond the Demarcation Point is the responsibility of Wave except for deliberate damage to, or pre-existing problems with the wiring on the outside of your home. This Plan applies only to customers who subscribe to Wave’s residential video service, residential high- speed cable Internet service and/or residential phone service. This plan covers only Inside Wiring connected to the Wave services. Specifically, this Plan does not cover inside wiring used to deliver the following services:
Inside Wiring has the meaning set forth in the Code of Federal Regulations and consistent with industry usage and custom.
Inside Wiring means all wiring on the Customer’s side of the demarcation point at Customer’s service location, whether installed by Optimum or by Customer. The demarcation point shall mean a point at (or about) twelve (12) inches outside of where the cable wire enters the Customer’s service location. Inside Wiring shall be Customer property and not Optimum Equipment, and repair and maintenance for such Inside Wiring is the responsibility of Customer unless otherwise agreed by Customer and Optimum. None of the Equipment shall become a fixture nor shall distribution, installation, and/or use of Equipment, including but not limited to cable boxes and/or set top boxes be deemed a lease of such Equipment. Unless otherwise stated in the Service Order, Customer will acquire no ownership or other interest in the Distribution System, Equipment, network facilities, and software by virtue of payments made pursuant to this Agreement or by the attachment of any portion of the Distribution System, Equipment or network facilities to Customer's premises.
Inside Wiring means the wiring installed in the Customer’s premises in order to facilitate the provision of the Service.
