Installation Works definition

Installation Works means, as the context so requires,
Installation Works means, as the context so requires: collectively, all works which the Contractor is to carry out at the beginning of the Contract Period to install the Goods in accordance with the Specification and the Tender; or where there are a series of works to be carried out during the Contract Period to install the Goods in accordance with the Specification and the Tender, each set of installation works.

  • No rights of estoppel or waiver shall arise as a result of the acceptance by the Authority of the Installation Works.
