Institutional Sellers means each of the following Sellers: DeltaPoint Capital III, L.P., HSBC Equity Partners USA, L.P., HSBC Private Equity Partners II USA LP and Pine Street Capital Partners, LP.

Examples of Institutional Sellers in a sentence

  • Whereas: (A) Each of the Sellers are, at the date of this Agreement, the beneficial owner and registered holder of that number of Shares as set out opposite its name in Schedule 1 and, in the case of the Institutional Sellers, the legal and beneficial owner of the Shareholder Loans.
