Instruct means the act of sending an Instruction from Customer.
Instruct or "instructing" means to in any way direct, order, or inform.
Instruct or “Instructions” shall mean written communications signed by an Authorized Person (including, without limitation, instructions received by facsimile, electronic mail or any other electronic system, whereby the receiver of such communication is able to verify with a reasonable degree of certainty the identity of the sender of such communication).
