Insurance Agreement definition

Insurance Agreement means the insurance and indemnity agreement identified in the Adoption Annex.

Insurance Agreement has the meaning given such term in the initial paragraph hereof.

Insurance Agreement means the Insurance, Indemnity and Pledge Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among the Insurer, the Issuer, the Seller, the Master Servicer, the Company and the Indenture Trustee, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B.
