Insurance License definition

Insurance License means any license, certificate of authority, permit or other authorization which is required to be obtained from any Governmental Authority in connection with the operation, ownership or transaction of insurance or reinsurance business.
Insurance License means a License granted by a Governmental Entity to transact an insurance or reinsurance business.
Insurance License has the meaning given to such term in Clause 20.15 (Insurance Licenses).

More Definitions of Insurance License

Insurance License means any License granted by a Governmental Entity to transact an insurance or reinsurance business, issue fixed or variable annuity Contracts or products, or issue life Insurance Contracts or property and casualty Insurance Contracts.
Insurance License means the Borrower's authorization to act as a Class 4 general business insurer and as a Class C long-term insurer pursuant to the Insurance Act.
