Insurance Proceeds Account definition
Insurance Proceeds Account has the meaning given to such term in the Accounts Agreement.
Insurance Proceeds Account means a non-interest bearing segregated trust account, established in accordance with Section 3.01(c) as an Eligible Account in the name of the Indenture Trustee on behalf of the Secured Parties, into which Insurance Proceeds shall be deposited in accordance with Section 7.06(b).
Insurance Proceeds Account means the account maintained in the name of the Master Issuer, subject to an Account Control Agreement, and pledged to the Trustee into which the Manager causes Insurance/Condemnation Proceeds to be deposited.

Insurance Proceeds Account means an account maintained in the name of the Issuer and pledged to the Trustee into which the Manager causes amounts to be deposited pursuant to Section 5.10(d) of this Base Indenture or any successor account established for the Issuer by the Manager for such purpose pursuant to this Base Indenture and the Management Agreement, including any investment accounts related thereto into which funds are transferred for investment purposes pursuant to Section 5.1(b) of this Base Indenture.
Insurance Proceeds Account means the special account designated by that name established by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Article VIII.
