Insured Casualty definition

Insured Casualty has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(x)(iv)(B).

More Definitions of Insured Casualty

Insured Casualty. As defined in Section 3.19(a).
Insured Casualty means damage to or destruction of the Premises from a cause actually insured against, for which the insurance proceeds paid or made available to Landlord are sufficient to rebuild or restore the Premises under then-existing building codes to the condition existing immediately prior to the damage or destruction; and (b) "Uninsured Casualty" means damage to or destruction of the Premises from a cause not actually insured against, or from a cause actually insured against but for which the insurance proceeds paid or made available to Landlord are for any reason insufficient to rebuild or restore the Premises under then-existing building codes to the condition existing immediately prior to the damage or destruction, or from a cause actually insured against but for which the insurance proceeds are not paid or made available to Landlord within twelve (12) months of the event of damage or destruction.
Insured Casualty shall have the meaning specified in Section 7.1.1(d).

Insured Casualty means damage or destruction the repair of which is fully covered by insurance proceeds made available to Landlord for repair and restoration pursuant to any insurance policy required to be carried by Landlord under the terms of this Lease.
Insured Casualty means damage or destruction to improvements on the Premises required to be covered by the insurance described in Section 7.02, including any deductible amounts or coverage limits.
