Throughout the Integration Period, (i) the Master Agreement shall be deemed integrated into, and shall form a material part of, this Lease, and (ii) this Lease shall be deemed integrated into, and shall form a material part of, the Master Agreement.
Throughout the Integration Period, to the extent any provisions of this Master Agreement are expressly referenced in one or more provisions of this Lease, such referenced provisions of this Master Agreement shall be deemed incorporated into such provisions of this Lease, as fully as if expressly set forth herein, and shall be controlling in the case of any conflicts.
The Parties shall use their reasonable endeavours to deposit in escrow as soon as practicable after the date of this Agreement a copy of the source code for the Software as it existed on 1 February 2012 (the commencement of the Integration Period) for the purposes of recording the state of the Software prior to Integration.

Integration Period The period during the Monthly Bid Period where the Initial “Lines are adjusted as the result of Trip Parings and Reserve Assignments being dropped from Lines due to conflicts with other Assignments from the previous Month’s Line award or Assignments and and/or accrued benefits that were not found in the Initial Lines but shall be constructed in a Pilot’s Line for that Month.
