Interactive Media definition

Interactive Media means media designed to facilitate active and creative use by children and to encourage social engagement with other children and adults.
Interactive Media means any advertisement which uses online or offline software (including NFC technology, iBeacon technology and/or biometric technology but excluding QR technology) or media to engage, and enable the collection of data from, members of the public.
Interactive Media means any media on which Interactive Programs operate and through which the user may interact with.

Interactive Media means communication media that allow users to input information or participate, including, but not limited to, the Internet, interactive television and interactive telephony.

Interactive Media means any form of distribution by any means of delivery (including, without limitation, by means of telecommunications systems, discs and cassettes) of audio-visual programming that allows the viewer of such programming to interrupt the linear reception of the same, to manipulate or interact with the content thereof or otherwise in response to the content thereof to give commands enabling for example further information to be displayed on screen or purchases to be made but shall not include VCR Functionality, electronic program guide or navigational functionality or Xbox Party Mode. “Xbox Party Mode” means user selected overlays on the playback/exhibition of an Included Film on an Xbox game console (such as electronic program guides and other navigation tools but excluding advertising, unless approved by Licensor) and any other temporary bug or icon which does not interfere with the viewing of the Included Films by Subscribers, and features on the Xbox game console which allows a group of users to connect and watch the same Included Film simultaneously, provided that each such user has completed a Subscriber Transaction for such Included Film and is consequently entitled to view such particular Included Film.

Any reference to advertisements in a digital format will include Interactive Media; Landlord means each person, firm, or company from whom we have a right to display advertising on their property; Overshow means the display by us of the relevant Advertisement Copy at Sites for a period of time that is beyond the Display Period and/or in excess of the volume of Advertisement Copy that it is required to display pursuant to the Order; Posting Period means, in respect of each Site Type, the period specified in the Outdoor Annex by reference to which we will affix or otherwise initiate the display of Advertisement Copy; Printing means the service of printing Advertisement Copy; Production Services means Design and/or Printing (as appropriate); Production Specifications means the document or documents provided to you containing our technical specifications relating to the provision of Artwork (where we are responsible for Production Services under this Agreement) and the production of Advertisement Copy, including any applicable digital content specifications or traditional format specifications relating to dimensions, format, printing materials, suppliers and/or other printing specifications; Rebate means any rebate, bonus, refund, incentive, goodwill payment, discount or other benefit provided by us; Removal Period means, in respect of each Site Type, the period specified in the Outdoor Annex by reference to which we will remove displays of Advertisement Copy, subject to the terms of this Agreement; Sites means the locations at which we display Advertisement Copy, including (but not limited to) each of the Site Types;
Interactive Media is any media on which digitized product operates and through which the user may interact with such product including but not limited to personal computers, games, machines, arcade games, all CD-interactive machines and any and all analogous similar or dissimilar microprocessor-based units and the electronic formats/platforms which may be utilized in connection therewith. “Cloud Gaming”: refers to a distribution system whereby a complete Interactive Program produced and released under this Agreement, that is otherwise distributed, and is also fully streamed via one or more electronic communication streaming services to the consumer for game play and use by the consumer (i.e., no portion of the Interactive Program is downloaded to and/or stored on the consumer’s client device) and the consumer is required to maintain a continuous connection to the service in order to interact with the Interactive Program. “Integration”: is the use of an excerpt of a Performer’s performance that was rendered under the terms of this Agreement, in any other Interactive program for which the Performer is not engaged to perform but such other programs is produced by the same employer as originally employed the Performer. Any other reuse of the Performer’s performance shall be considered “reuse” hereunder. “Integration”: does not mean or include: (i) the repetition of segments of any single Interactive Program that may appear to be many different programs due to the way viewers choose or recall various segments and manipulate the program;
