Intercompany Debt definition

Intercompany Debt has the meaning specified in Section 7.02(d).
Intercompany Debt means Debt to which the only parties are any of Issuer, Guarantor and any of their Subsidiaries; provided, however, that with respect to any such Debt of which Issuer or Guarantor is the borrower, such Debt is subordinate in right of payment to the Notes.
Intercompany Debt means any Indebtedness, payables or other obligations, whether now existing or hereafter incurred, owed by Holdings or any Subsidiary of Holdings to Holdings or any other Subsidiary of Holdings.

  • Neither the Borrower nor any Subsidiary is in default under or with respect to any Intercompany Debt Document or other Contractual Obligation, in each case that individually or in the aggregate could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Intercompany Debt means indebtedness owed by the Company or any Subsidiary solely to the Company or any Subsidiary.
