Intercompany Leases definition

Intercompany Leases means the real property leases by and between (i) a member of the Nuance Group, as lessor, and a member of the SpinCo Group, as lessee, or (ii) a member of the SpinCo Group, as lessor, and a member of the Nuance Group, as lessee, in each case, as set forth on Schedule XII under the caption “Leases.”
Intercompany Leases means the real property leases by and between (i) a member of the Honeywell Group, as lessor, and a member of the SpinCo Group, as lessee, or (ii) a member of the SpinCo Group, as lessor, and a member of the Honeywell Group, as lessee, in each case, as set forth on Schedule XIII under the caption “Leases.”
