Intercompany Transaction definition

Intercompany Transaction means a transaction between two members of the same combined group.
Intercompany Transaction means any Account, Chattel Paper, General Intangible, Instrument, Document or other Indebtedness or obligation arising from business done with or for, or Indebtedness owed between or among, the subject Person and any Subsidiary or Affiliate of such Person.
Intercompany Transaction has the meaning set forth in Treasury ------------------------ Regulation 1.1502-13 in effect on or after July 12, 1995.
