Interconnect Agreement definition

Interconnect Agreement means the Offshore Facilities Interconnection, Construction and Operating Agreement, effective as of June 23, 2003 among Caesar, Manta Ray, the Borrower and GulfTerra, as such agreement may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time to the extent permitted by the terms hereof.

Interconnect Agreement means an agreement detailing arrangements as negotiated and agreed between parties to interconnect their networks in order to provide info-communication services in accordance with section 24(2)(e) of the Act, and which is binding on the signatory parties over the period of the Agreement;

Interconnect Agreement means any agreements entered into by the Lessee, as Supervisory Agent, Lessor or any PPL Group Member with (i) an electric utility or independent system operator or other third party for the interconnection of any Facility to the electric transmission system of such electric utility of independent system operator or for transmission system upgrades of improvements necessary to provide transmission service for the electrical output of such Facility; (ii) a natural gas supplier or transporter for interconnection of such Facility to the supply of transportation systems of such natural gas supplier or transporter of or other third party for upgrades or improvements to a natural gas supplier or transporter's systems necessary to provide natural gas service to such Facility; or (iii) water and sewer system operators for the interconnection of such Facility to water and/or sewer system upgrades or improvements necessary to provide water and sewer ser vice to such Facility.

Interconnect Agreement means an agreement providing for the interconnection of a Project to a public utility. Upon execution and delivery of an interconnect agreement for a Project, the parties will append it to the applicable O&M Agreement as Exhibit F thereto.

Interconnect Agreement means the Interconnect Agreement, dated June 15, 1992, by and between Tabasco and Lone Star, as assigned by Tabasco to Pipeline pursuant to the Assignment Agreement (Pipeline Assets), as such Interconnect Agreement may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
