Interest Bearing Period definition

Interest Bearing Period means the 5 year period commencing on the day after the end of the Contribution Period and ending on the day before the Maturity Date.
Interest Bearing Period. The interest bearing period for every withdrawal under the Loan (referred to as “Withdrawal”) shall be 3 months, but the following conditions must be met: The first Interest Bearing Period shall start on the date of the first withdrawal and end on the last Interest Payment Day; all other Interest Bearing Period shall start on the last day of the previous Interest Bearing Period, and end on the next Interest Payment Day, however, it shall not be late then the Final Expiration Day.

  • Distribution Period means, for any Distribution Date, the period from and including the Distribution Date immediately preceding such Distribution Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, from and including the Closing Date) to but excluding such Distribution Date.

  • Last Scheduled Distribution Date The Distribution Date in the month immediately following the month of the latest scheduled maturity date for any of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Quarterly Floating Rate Period means, for the initial Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the period commencing on March 20, 2020 and ending on and including June 19, 2020, and thereafter the period from and including the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Quarterly Floating Rate Period to but excluding the next succeeding Quarterly Commencement Date.
