Interest Distribution definition

Interest Distribution. With respect to any Payment Date and the Class A Notes, the sum of (a) the related Monthly Interest Distributable Amount for such Class A Notes for such Payment Date, and (b) any related Outstanding Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Class A Notes for such Payment Date.
Interest Distribution. Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and each Class of the Offered Certificates, the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class on the related Class Certificate Balance, reduced by such Class' pro rata share of the amount of (a) Net Prepayment Interest Shortfalls and (b) Relief Act Reductions incurred on the Loans during the related Due Period (each such Class' pro rata share to be based on the amount of interest to which such Class would have been entitled notwithstanding such Net Prepayment Interest Shortfalls and Relief Act Reductions).
Interest Distribution means, with respect to any Distribution Date (referred to in this definition as the "current Distribution Date"), interest equal to the product of one-twelfth of the Pass-Through Rate and the Pool Balance as of the close of the preceding Collection Period (or, if the current Distribution Date is the first Distribution Date, as of the Cut-Off Date) plus the amount of interest previously due but not paid to Certificateholders, if any.
