Interest Election Request definition
Interest Election Request means a request by the Borrower to convert or continue a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.05.
Interest Election Request means a request by the Borrower to convert or continue a Revolving Borrowing or Term Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.07.
Interest Election Request means a request by the Borrower to convert or continue a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.07 substantially in the form of Exhibit D or such other form as is reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

Each such Interest Election Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery, facsimile or electronic mail delivery to the Administrative Agent of a written Interest Election Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by the Borrower Representative.
More Definitions of Interest Election Request
Interest Election Request means a request by the Borrower to convert or continue a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.07 and substantially in the form of Exhibit E or another form approved by the Administrative Agent.
Interest Election Request means a request by Borrower to convert or continue a Revolving Borrowing or Term Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.08(b), substantially in the form of Exhibit D.
Interest Election Request means a request by the Borrower to convert or continue a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.06, and which shall be in a form as may be approved by the Administrative Agent (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent), appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.
