Interest Fund definition

Interest Fund means the fund by that name established pursuant to Section 5.02.
Interest Fund means the Fund by that name established pursuant to Section 5.01.
Interest Fund. An Eligible Account that may be established for the purpose of making interest payments on Mortgage Loans for which the Trust is not due any payments until after the first Distribution Date. The amount of the Interest Fund, if any, shall be set forth in the Trust Agreement. The Interest Fund shall not be an asset of any REMIC but shall be for the benefit of the Certificateholders.
