Interest Fund definition

Interest Fund means the fund by that name established in accordance with Section 5.02 hereof.

Interest Fund. An Eligible Account that may be established for the purpose of making interest payments on Mortgage Loans for which the Trust is not due any payments until after the first Distribution Date.
