Interest Method Change Date definition

Interest Method Change Date means any date on which the method of determining the interest rate on a Group of 2021 Series J Variable Rate Bonds changes (including a change in the Index Rate from the LIBOR Index Rate to the SIFMA Index Rate, or from the SIFMA Index Rate to the LIBOR Index Rate, as described in Section 401 of Appendix A hereto), or which is an Interest Adjustment Date pursuant to Section 501(D) or Section 601(D), respectively, of Appendix A hereto, or a Fixed Rate Reset Date pursuant to Section 701(A) of Appendix A hereto, as established by the terms and provisions of Appendix A hereto. In no event may an Interest Method Change Date occur with respect to a Group of 2021 Series J Variable Rate Bonds prior to the Initial Redemption or Tender Date with respect to such Group of 2021 Series J Variable Rate Bonds (except as provided in Section 105(F) hereof).
Interest Method Change Date means any date on which the method of determining the interest rate on the 2005 Bonds changes, as established by the terms and provisions of the Resolution; provided that an Interest Method Change Date may only occur on an Interest Payment Date or if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day.
Interest Method Change Date means any date on which the method of determining the interest rate on a Group of 2024 Series H Variable Rate Bonds changes, or which is an Interest Adjustment Date pursuant to Section 501(D) or Section 601(D), respectively, of Appendix A hereto, or a Fixed Rate Reset Date pursuant to Section 701(A) of Appendix A hereto, as established by the terms and provisions of Appendix A hereto. In no event may an Interest Method Change Date occur with respect to a Group of 2024 Series H Variable Rate Bonds prior to the Initial Redemption or Tender Date with respect to such Group of 2024 Series H Variable Rate Bonds (except as provided in Section 105(F) hereof), and in no event may an Interest Method Change Date with respect to 2024 Series H Variable Rate Bonds bearing interest at an Index Rate occur on a date that is not a Permitted Redemption or Tender Date.

Examples of Interest Method Change Date in a sentence

  • If so provided in such Certificate, such 2020 Series D Prepayment Period Bonds (together with, if so provided in such Certificate, any other 2020 Series D Bonds to be remarketed as 2020 Series D Prepayment Period Bonds on the same date) on and after the Interest Method Change Date shall constitute a new Series within the 2020 Series D Bonds with such Series designation and CUSIP number as may be set forth in such Certificate.

  • If the Series designation of any 2021 Series J Bond is changed on an Interest Method Change Date pursuant to Section 5.1 hereof, such 2021 Series J Bond shall thereafter bear such new Series designation.

  • If the Series designation of any 2023 Series B Bond is changed on an Interest Method Change Date pursuant to Section 5.1 hereof, such 2023 Series B Bond shall thereafter bear such new Series designation.

  • If the Series designation of any 2020 Series D Bond is changed on an Interest Method Change Date pursuant to Section 5.1 hereof, such 2020 Series D Bond shall thereafter bear such new Series designation.

  • If the Series designation of any 2021 Series A Bond is changed on an Interest Method Change Date pursuant to Section 5.1 hereof, such 2021 Series A Bond shall thereafter bear such new Series designation.


More Definitions of Interest Method Change Date

Interest Method Change Date means any date on which the method of determining the interest rate on the 2007 Bonds changes or which is an Interest Adjustment Date pursuant to the Resolution, as established by the terms and provisions of the Resolution.
Interest Method Change Date means any date on which the method of determining the interest rate on a Series of 2022 Series D Bonds changes or which is an Interest Adjustment Date pursuant to Section 501(D) or Section 601(D), respectively, of Appendix A hereto, as established by the terms and provisions of Appendix A hereto and shall be (i) the Business Day immediately following any Term Rate Term and (ii) an Index Rate Interest Payment Date during any Index Rate Period.

Interest Method Change Date means any date on which the method of determining the interest rate on all of the 2013 Series A Bonds changes or which is an Interest Adjustment Date pursuant to the Resolution, as established by the terms and provisions of the Resolution; provided that an Interest Method Change Date may only occur on an Interest Payment Date during any Weekly Rate Period.
Interest Method Change Date means any date on which the method of determining the interest rate on a Series of 2008-2018 Bonds changes or which is an Interest Adjustment Date pursuant to Section 501(D) or Section 601(D), respectively, of Appendix A hereto, as established by the terms and provisions of Appendix A hereto and shall be (i) the Business Day immediately following any Term Rate Term and (ii) a Reset Date that is a Business Day (or the first Business Day next succeeding a Reset Date that is not a Business Day) during any Index Rate Period.
Interest Method Change Date means any date on which the method of determining the interest rate on a Series of 2016 Series J Bonds changes (including a change during the Private Placement Mode from the Private Placement Mode SOFR Index Rate to the MMD Index Rate or the SIFMA Index Rate, or from the MMD Index Rate to the Private Placement Mode SOFR Index Rate or the SIFMA Index Rate, or from the SIFMA Index Rate to the Private Placement Mode SOFR Index Rate or the MMD Index Rate, as described in Section 901 of Appendix A hereto, but excluding the change effected by the amendments hereto effective on May 2, 2022 February 1, 2024), or which is an Index Rate Change Date pursuant to Section 402(A) of Appendix A hereto, or which is an Interest Adjustment Date pursuant to Section 501(D) or Section 601(D), respectively, of Appendix A hereto, as established by the terms and provisions of Appendix A hereto; provided, however, that an Interest Method Change Date may only occur (i) on an Interest Payment Date during any Weekly Rate Period, or if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day, (ii) on the Business Day immediately following any Term Rate Term and (iii) on a Reset Date that is a Business Day (or on the first Business Day next succeeding a Reset Date that is not a Business Day), on the Conversion Tender Date an Index Rate Interest Payment Date, or on a Post-Conversion Tender Date, during any Index Rate Period.”
Interest Method Change Date means any date on which the method of determining the interest rate on Index Floating Rate Bonds of a Series changes.
