Interest Notice definition

Interest Notice means a notice from the Borrowers to the Administrative Agent specifying the duration of any relevant Interest Period, each substantially in the form set out in Exhibit J;
Interest Notice means a notice given by Borrower to Bank of an Interest Option selected hereunder. Each Interest Notice shall specify the Interest Option selected, the amount of the unpaid principal balance of this Note to bear interest at the rate selected and, if the Adjusted LIBOR Rate is specified, the length of the applicable Interest Period. An Interest Notice may be written or oral (if promptly confirmed thereafter in writing), and Bank is hereby authorized and directed to honor all telephonic Interest Notices from any person authorized to request advances hereunder.
Interest Notice means the written notice given by Maker to Payee of the Interest Options selected hereunder. Each Interest Notice shall specify the Interest Option selected, the amount of the unpaid principal balance of this Note to bear interest at the rate selected and, if the LIBOR Base Rate is specified, the length of the applicable LIBOR Interest Period.

  • During any Interest Notice Period, the Company’s election (whether specific to an Interest Payment Date or continuous) shall be irrevocable as to such Interest Payment Date.

Interest Notice as used herein shall mean a written notice sent by the Company to the Obligor specifying the aggregate amount of federal, state and local income tax liability incurred by the Company as a result of all interest accrued hereunder for the preceding fiscal year of the Company.
