Interest on the Principal definition

Interest on the Principal. Tranche is the interest under the Line of Credit accrued on the actual debt amounts of the Principal Tranche for each calendar day at the rate specified in sub-clause 6.7.1 of this Agreement.”
Interest on the Principal. Amount shall accrue at the rate of 6.0% per annum, to be paid in lawful money of the United States at the above address of the Payee or such other place as Payee may designate.

Examples of Interest on the Principal in a sentence

  • Interest on the Principal amount of this Note and the Other Notes that have not been redeemed shall continue to accrue until such time as the Company redeems this Note and the Other Notes.

  • Interest on the Principal Amount shall be payable in full on the Maturity Date, whether by acceleration or otherwise.

  • Interest on the Principal will accrue at the Default Interest Rate from the date an Event of Default occurs.

  • Interest on the Principal Amount shall be payable on the Maturity Date, whether by acceleration or otherwise.

  • Interest on the Principal Amount of each Debenture shall be calculated, from time to time, on the basis of the actual days elapsed in a year consisting of 365 days.

  • Interest on the Principal Amount shall accrue from the date of this Note and shall be payable on the Maturity Date.

  • Any and all prepayments hereunder shall be applied first to unpaid accrued Interest on the Principal amount being prepaid, and then to Principal.

  • Interest on the Principal Amount shall be due and payable on the Maturity Date.

  • Except to the extent that such Interest is converted as herein provided, each prepayment of Principal shall be accompanied by all accrued Interest on the Principal amount prepaid or converted accrued to the date of prepayment or conversion.

  • Interest on the Principal shall continue to accrue to the extent provided in Section 3 until the date the Holder receives the Event of Default Redemption Price in full.

Related to Interest on the Principal

  • Interest Only Loan means a Mortgage Loan which only requires payments of interest for a period of time specified in the related Mortgage Note.

  • Accrued Interest means, with respect to Single Family Shared-Loss Loans, the amount of earned and unpaid interest at the note rate specified in the applicable loan documents, limited to 90 days.

  • Interest Only Certificates A Class or Subclass of Certificates not entitled to payments of principal, and designated as such in the Series Supplement. The Interest Only Certificates will have no Certificate Principal Balance.

  • Arrears for this purpose means, in respect of a Loan, on any date that two or more Monthly Payments have become due and remain unpaid by the relevant Borrower, and this reporting line relates to repurchases under clause 8.11 of the Mortgage Sale Agreement.

  • Interest-Only Period means the period from and including the first Borrowing Date and through and including the sixteenth (16th) Payment Date following the first Borrowing Date.

  • 30/360 Basis The accrual of interest calculated on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.

  • Simple Interest Loan means any Loan under which the portion of a payment allocable to interest and the portion allocable to principal is determined by allocating a fixed level payment between principal and interest, such that such payment is allocated first to the accrued and unpaid interest at the Annual Percentage Rate for such Loan on the unpaid principal balance and the remainder of such payment is allocable to principal.

  • Periodic Principal means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of the Outstanding Amount of Securitization Bonds over the outstanding principal balance specified for such Payment Date on the Expected Amortization Schedule.

  • Simple interest means interest computed on the principal balance outstanding

  • Accrued Interest Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Undercollateralized Group, an amount equal to one month’s interest on the applicable Principal Deficiency Amount at the Net WAC of the applicable Loan Group, plus any interest accrued on such Undercollateralized Group remaining unpaid from prior Distribution Dates.

  • Class A Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes and the Class A-3 Notes at the respective Interest Rate for such Class on the Note Balance of the Notes of each such Class on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Noteholders of the Notes of such Class on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Class B Monthly Principal means the monthly principal distributable in respect of the Class B Certificates as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.07(b).

  • Class A-1 Interest Rate means 0.75000% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed, but assuming a 360-day year).

  • Arrears of Interest means as at any date in respect of any Loan, interest (other than Capitalized Interest or Accrued Interest) on that Loan which is currently due and payable and unpaid on that date;

  • Interest Accrual Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Interest Period Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) an Interest Period Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Interest Period Date.

  • Default Rate Interest is defined in Section 3.1(b)(ix) of this Agreement.

  • Interest Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term or analogous term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • Monthly Principal is defined in Section 4.1(d).

  • Class A Monthly Principal means the monthly principal distributable in respect of the Class A Certificates as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.07(a).

  • Annual Interest Rate in accordance with the rate applicable to the equal instalment financing plan in effect on the conversion date, up to a maximum of 19.90%.

  • Class B Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class B Notes at the Class B Interest Rate on the Class B Note Balance on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Class B Noteholders on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Default Interest Rate is two percent above the base lending rate of Barclays Bank PLC, as varied from time to time;

  • Class A-1 Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed and a 360-day year).

  • Adjusted Actual/360 Accrued Interest Amount with respect to any REMIC I Regular Interest referred to in clause (B) of the second sentence of the prior paragraph, for any Interest Accrual Period, is an amount of interest equal to the product of (a) the Net Mortgage Rate then in effect (including as a result of any step-up provision) for the related Mortgage Loan under the original terms of such Mortgage Loan in effect as of the Closing Date (without regard to any modifications, extensions, waivers or amendments of such Mortgage Loan subsequent to the Closing Date, whether entered into by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer or in connection with any bankruptcy, insolvency or other similar proceeding involving the related Borrower), multiplied by (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in such Interest Accrual Period, and the denominator of which is 360, multiplied by (c) the Uncertificated Principal Balance of such REMIC I Regular Interest immediately prior to the Distribution Date that corresponds to such Interest Accrual Period; provided that, if the subject Interest Accrual Period occurs during (x) December of any year that does not immediately precede a leap year or (y) January of any year, then the amount of interest calculated with respect to the subject REMIC I Regular Interest pursuant to this definition for such Interest Accrual Period without regard to this proviso shall be decreased by the Interest Reserve Amount, if any (and the fraction described in clause (B) of the second sentence of the preceding paragraph shall be adjusted accordingly), with respect to the related Mortgage Loan (or any successor REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto) transferred, in accordance with Section 3.04(c), from the Distribution Account to the Interest Reserve Account on the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs immediately following the end of such Interest Accrual Period; and provided, further, that, if the subject Interest Accrual Period occurs during February of any year (or during any December or January preceding the month of the Final Distribution Date), then the amount of interest calculated with respect to the subject REMIC I Regular Interest pursuant to this definition for such Interest Accrual Period without regard to this proviso shall be increased by the Interest Reserve Amount(s), if any (and the fraction described in clause (B) of the second sentence of the preceding paragraph shall be adjusted accordingly), with respect to the related Mortgage Loan (or any successor REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto) transferred, in accordance with Section 3.05(c), from the Interest Reserve Account to the Distribution Account on the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs immediately following the end of such Interest Accrual Period.

  • Floating Rate Interest Payment Date has the meaning set forth in clause (d)(1) of Section 2.02 of this Supplemental Indenture.

  • Compounded Interest shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
