If an Interest Payment Record Date or other record date is a Legal Holiday, the record date shall not be affected.
Interest and Additional Interest, if any, on Securities converted after the close of business on an Interest Payment Record Date but prior to the corresponding Interest Payment Date shall be paid, on such Interest Payment Date, to the Holder of the Securities as of the close of business on the Interest Payment Record Date but, upon conversion, the converting Holder must pay the Company an amount equal to the interest that shall be payable on such Interest Payment Date.
