Interest Periods definition

Interest Periods means period(s) of one, three or six months selected by the Borrower or, in the Lenders' discretion, such other period(s) as may be agreed;
Interest Periods means each of the following from, and including, the Issue Date (the "Interest Commencement Date") to, but excluding, the First Interest Payment Date (as defined below) (the "First Interest Period"), from, and including, the First Interest Payment Date to, but excluding, the Second Interest Payment Date (as defined below) (the "Second Interest Period"), from, and including, the Second Interest Payment Date to, but excluding, the Third Interest Payment Date (as defined below) (the "Third Interest Period"), from, and including, the Third Interest Payment Date to, but excluding, the Fourth Interest Payment Date (as defined below) (the "Fourth Interest Period), from, and including, the Fourth Interest Payment Date to, but excluding, the Fifth Interest Payment Date (as defined below) (the "Fifth Interest Period) from, and including the Fifth Interest Payment Date to, but excluding, the Maturity Date (as defined below) (the "Sixth Interest Period", each an "Interest Period"). Interest on the Securities shall be payable in arrear on each Interest Payment Date.
Interest Periods shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(d) of the Credit Agreement.

  • The Purchase shall be consummated pursuant to and in accordance with Section 10.07 and, to the extent not otherwise provided herein, shall otherwise be consummated pursuant to procedures (including as to timing, rounding and minimum amounts, Interest Periods, and other notices by the Parent Borrower or such Subsidiary, as applicable) reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Parent Borrower.

More Definitions of Interest Periods

Interest Periods means, collectively, periods of one month, each subsequent period commencing upon the expiry of the prior period, and "Interest Period" means any one such period. Interest shall be calculated on the basis of a year of 360 days and the actual number of days (including the first day but excluding the last day) occurring in the period for which such Interest is payable;

Interest Periods means, with respect to an Advance during the Interest-Only Period for such Advance, successive periods of either one day, one week, or one month each as selected by Borrower in its Borrowing Notice (or, if no such selection is timely made, one week) the first of which begins on the date such Advance is made and each subsequent one of which begins when the previous one ends. “Interest Periods” shall mean with respect to an Advance during the Term-Out Period for such Advance, successive periods of one month each, the first of which begins on the first day of such Term-Out Period and each subsequent one of which begins when the previous one ends.
