Interest Rate Contract definition

Interest Rate Contract means any interest rate swap agreement, interest rate cap agreement, interest rate floor agreement, interest rate collar agreement, interest rate option or any other agreement regarding the hedging of interest rate risk exposure executed in connection with hedging the interest rate exposure of any Person and any confirming letter executed pursuant to such agreement, all as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Interest Rate Contract means an interest rate exchange or swap contract, a cash flow exchange or swap contract, any derivative of such contracts, including forward swaps and options to enter into swaps, and interest rate floors, caps or collars, entered into between the Authority and an Interest Rate Contract Provider.
Interest Rate Contract means an interest rate protection agreement, interest rate future, interest rate option, interest rate swap, interest rate cap, collar or other interest rate hedge arrangement, to or under which the Borrower or any Subsidiary is or becomes a party.

Interest Rate Contract means interest rate swap agreements, interest rate cap agreements, interest rate collar agreements, interest rate insurance, and other agreements or arrangements designed to provide protection against fluctuations in interest rates, each as in effect on the date hereof.
