Interest Rate Option definition

Interest Rate Option means any LIBOR Rate Option or Base Rate Option.
Interest Rate Option means any Term Rate Loan Option or Daily Rate Loan Option.
Interest Rate Option means any Term SOFR Rate Option or Base Rate Option.

  • Each Swingline Loan Request shall be irrevocable and shall specify the proposed Borrowing Date, the Interest Rate Option applicable thereto and the principal amount of such Swingline Loan, which shall be not less than $100,000.

  • Any Loan Request or Swingline Loan Request that fails to select an Interest Rate Option shall be deemed to be a request for the Base Rate Option.

Interest Rate Option means any Euro-Rate Option or Base Rate Option.
