Interest Rate Option definition

Interest Rate Option means any LIBOR Rate Option or Base Rate Option.

Interest Rate Option means any Term SOFR Rate Option or Base Rate Option.

Interest Rate Option means any Term Rate Loan Option or Daily Rate Loan Option.

Examples of Interest Rate Option in a sentence

• The notice shall specify an Interest Period during which such Interest Rate Option shall apply.

• Any Loan Request that fails to select an Interest Rate Option shall be deemed to be a request for the Base Rate Option.

• No Optional Currency Loan may be converted into a Loan with a different Interest Rate Option, or a Loan denominated in a different Optional Currency.

• If at any time the Administrative Agent makes a determination under Section 4.4.1 [Unascertainable] and the Borrowers have previously notified the Administrative Agent of its selection of, conversion to or renewal of a LIBOR Rate Option and such Interest Rate Option has not yet gone into effect, such notification shall be deemed to provide for selection of, conversion to or renewal of the Base Rate Option otherwise available with respect to such Loans.

• Borrowing Date shall mean, with respect to any Loan, the date for the making thereof or the renewal or conversion thereof at or to the same or a different Interest Rate Option, which shall be a Business Day.

More Definitions of Interest Rate Option

Interest Rate Option means any (a) LIBOR Rate Option or (b) Base Rate Option.

Interest Rate Option means any Euro-Rate Option or Base Rate Option.

Interest Rate Option shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.05(b) of the Credit Agreement.

Interest Rate Option means any Euro-Rate Option or Base Rate Option. Interim Statements shall have the meaning assigned to that term in Section 5.1.9(i).

Interest Rate Option means the Base Rate or the Adjusted LIBOR selected by Borrower for all or any part of the Loans as permitted by this Agreement.

Interest Rate Option means an Option entitling the Option Purchaser to request payment of the Floating Rate Amount. Basic information on Interest Rate Options is given in point IV of Annex 1 in these Terms and Conditions.

Interest Rate Option means the Company’s option to have Loans under a Facility bear interest at the LIBOR Index Option or Quoted Rate Option, in each case, pursuant to and as permitted by the terms of the applicable Note.
