Examples of Interest Record Date in a sentence
All accrued but unpaid interest on, and any Excess Regular Additional Distributions payable pursuant to Section 2.05(b) with respect to, each Debenture on the Interest Payment Date that coincides with the Stated Maturity shall be paid to the holder of such Debenture as of the close of business on the immediately preceding Interest Record Date.
The interest so payable and paid or provided for on any Interest Payment Date will, as provided in the Indenture, be paid to the Person in whose name this Debenture (or one or more Predecessor Debentures) is registered at the close of business on the Interest Record Date for such interest, which shall be the 15th day of the month (whether or not such day is a Business Day) prior to the month in which the relevant Interest Payment Date occurs.
