Interest Reserve Account definition

Interest Reserve Account. The trust account or subaccount created and maintained by the Certificate Administrator pursuant to Section 3.23 of this Agreement, which (subject to any changes in the identities of the Trustee and/or the Certificate Administrator) shall be entitled “Citibank, N.A., as Certificate Administrator, on behalf of Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee, for the benefit of the registered Holders of Citigroup Commercial Mortgage Trust 2019-C7, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2019-C7, Interest Reserve Account” and which shall be an Eligible Account.

Interest Reserve Account. As defined in Section 3.4(d).

• The only permitted deposits to or withdrawals from the Interest Reserve Account shall be in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

• Upon the execution and delivery of the Controlled Account Custodial (Trust Certificates) Agreement, Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties, shall have a security interest in the Distribution Account and Interest Reserve Account which security interest will constitute a fully perfected first priority security interest (subject to Permitted Liens) under the Uniform Commercial Code.

More Definitions of Interest Reserve Account

Interest Reserve Account means that Interest Reserve Account maintained by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 5.1(a), which account shall be an Eligible Account.
