Interest Reset Date means, with respect to any Interest Period with respect to the Floating Rate Notes, the first day of such Interest Period; provided that if any Interest Reset Date would otherwise be a day that is not a Business Day, that Interest Reset Date will be postponed to the next succeeding day that is a Business Day, except that if that Business Day falls in the next succeeding calendar month, such Interest Reset Date will be the immediately preceding Business Day.
Interest Date means the last day of an Interest Period.
Interest Reset Period The period beginning on the applicable Reset Date and ending on the calendar day preceding the next Reset Date.
Payment Dates means, with respect to any Receivable, the date a payment is due in accordance with the Receivable Agreement with respect to such Receivable as in effect as of the date of determination.
Floating Rate Interest Payment Date has the meaning set forth in clause (d)(1) of Section 2.02 of this Supplemental Indenture.
Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date has the meaning provided in Section 3.02(e)(i).
Repayment Dates means, subject to clause 7.3, each of the dates falling at six (6) monthly intervals after the Drawdown Date up to and including the date falling one hundred and forty four (144) months after the Drawdown Date;
Principal Payment Dates means, unless otherwise determined by the Fiscal Officer and specified in the Certificate of Award, December 1 in each of the years from and including 2021 to and including 2022.
Interest Payment Dates shall have the meaning set forth in paragraph 1 of each Note.
Interest Rate Adjustment Date With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the date, specified in the related Mortgage Note and the related Mortgage Loan Schedule, on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is adjusted.
Party B Payment Dates Each Quarterly Interest Payment Date from and including the Quarterly Interest Payment Date falling in {circle} 2004 up to the Termination Date and the Termination Date.
Settlement Dates As determined pursuant to Section 9.4 of the Equity Definitions, subject to Section 9(k)(i) hereof.
Class D Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Reset Dates The first day of each Calculation Period.
Interest Rate Cap means a Cap.
Floating Rate Interest Period means, during the Floating Rate Period, the period beginning on (and including) a Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date; provided that the first Floating Rate Interest Period will begin on (and include) April 18, 2025 and will end on (but exclude) the first Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date.
Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and
Unpaid Interest Amount As of any Distribution Date and any Class of Certificates, the sum of (a) the portion of the Accrued Certificate Interest Distribution Amount from Distribution Dates prior to the current Distribution Date remaining unpaid immediately prior to the current Distribution Date and (b) interest on the amount in clause (a) above at the applicable Pass-Through Rate (to the extent permitted by applicable law).
Interest Rate Period means any Daily Interest Rate Period, Weekly Interest Rate Period, Short-Term Interest Rate Period, Long- Term Interest Rate Period or ARS Interest Rate Period.
Postponed Fixed Interest Date means the tenth Business Day following the originally scheduled Fixed Interest Date;
Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate equal to 0.06% in excess of LIBOR as determined by the Calculation Agent on the related LIBOR Determination Date with respect to each Interest Period.
Interest Day Count Convention For any Series or Class of Notes, the fraction specified in the related Indenture Supplement to indicate the number of days counted in an Interest Accrual Period divided by the number of days assumed in a year, for purposes of calculating the Interest Payment Amount for each Interest Accrual Period in respect of such Series or Class.
Subsequent Reset Date means the date or dates specified in the applicable Final Terms;
Subsequent Reset Rate of Interest means, in respect of any Subsequent Reset Period, the rate of interest determined by the Calculation Agent on the relevant Reset Determination Date as the sum of the relevant Mid-Swap Rate and the relevant Subsequent Margin.
Extended Interest Payment Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date, and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date.
