Interface Requirements Documents definition

Interface Requirements Documents means the document (as revised from time to time) provided by DealerTrack to Lender describing the technical requirements which the Lender Interface Software Components must meet in order to allow Lender and Lender Affiliates to utilize the Service.
Interface Requirements Documents shall have the meaning set forth in the Statement of Work.

  • Service Level Agreements means an agreement between NZX and a Market Participant and/or an Advisor setting out the terms and conditions of use of NZX technology and services;
