Interim Dividend is deducted from equity when they are declared and is no longer at the discretion of the Bank.
If they choose to receive the Interim Dividend with respect to all or part of their shares, the shareholders shall expressly, automatically and irrevocably waive the free-of-charge allocation rights corresponding to said shares.
Section 4.1 below includes the formula for calculating the gross amount per share corresponding to the Interim Dividend.
