For the avoidance of doubt, in the case of an Interim Redetermination, the Administrative Agent may utilize the Engineering Reports delivered in connection with the last Scheduled Redetermination, provided, however, the Administrative Agent may in its sole discretion request Borrower-generated supplemental Engineering Reports in connection with such Interim Redetermination.
The Administrative Agent hereby agrees to provide an updated Bank Price Deck to the Borrower promptly, and in any event within three (3) Business Days, following (i) its receipt of a request by the Borrower or (ii) its request for an Interim Redetermination.
For any Interim Redetermination pursuant to Section 2.14(b), the Borrower shall provide such Reserve Report with an “as of” date as required by the Administrative Agent, as soon as possible, but in any event no later than forty-five (45) days, in the case of any Interim Redetermination requested by the Borrower, or sixty (60) days, in the case of any Interim Redetermination requested by the Administrative Agent or the Lenders, following the receipt of such request.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, no Scheduled Redetermination or Interim Redetermination shall become effective until the New Borrowing Base Notice related thereto delivered to the Borrower in accordance with Section 13.2.
