Subject to Section 2.14(i), such amount shall then become the Borrowing Base until the next Scheduled Redetermination Date, the next Interim Redetermination Date or the next adjustment to the Borrowing Base under Section 2.14(e), (f), (g) or (h) or Section 9.16, whichever occurs first.
For the avoidance of doubt, in the case of an Interim Redetermination, the Administrative Agent may utilize the Engineering Reports delivered in connection with the last Scheduled Redetermination, provided, however, the Administrative Agent may in its sole discretion or at the direction of the Required Lenders request Borrower-generated supplemental Engineering Reports in connection with such Interim Redetermination.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, no Scheduled Redetermination or Interim Redetermination shall become effective until the New Borrowing Base Notice related thereto is received by the Borrower in accordance with Section 13.2.
For any Interim Redetermination pursuant to Section 2.14(b), the Borrower shall provide such Reserve Report with an “as of” date as required by the Administrative Agent, as soon as possible, but in any event no later than thirty (30) days, in the case of any Interim Redetermination requested by the Borrower or forty-five (45) days, in the case of any Interim Redetermination requested by the Administrative Agent or the Lenders, following the receipt of such request.
