Interim Servicer definition

Interim Servicer. The servicer under the Interim Servicing Agreement, or its successor in interest, or any successor to the Interim Servicer under the Interim Servicing Agreement, as therein provided.
Interim Servicer means the master servicer (or single servicer) appointed jointly by the Initial Holders under this Agreement and any successor master servicer (or single servicer) appointed as provided hereunder, which Interim Servicer shall be a Qualified Servicer. The initial Interim Servicer shall be Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association pursuant to the Interim Servicing Agreement.
Interim Servicer shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2(a).
