Interior Partitions definition
Interior Partitions. Taped, finished and painted (two coats of flat latex, partitioning to be constructed with one layer of 1/2" drywall mounted on each side of 3 5/8" metal studs, extending to the finished ceiling height and having 2 1/2" vinyl base throughout.
Interior Partitions. Standard interior office partitions shall be 8’-6” in height (ceiling height). Sound attenuation ▇▇▇▇▇ will be provided in all tenant demising walls. The Landlord allowance provides for demising partitions as required by the tenant plan.
Interior Partitions. Same as BSS, except partitions for all offices shall be drywalled, taped and bead the interior of all exterior walls, cores, demising walls, and all columns, finished to receive paint or vinyl wall covering. All demising walls are to be a minimum two layer - 5/8 inch dry wall on 3-1/2 inch 25 gauge metal studs at 16 inches on center from the floor slab to underside of the structure above, penetrated only as necessary for building structural and mechanical systems. Demising walls to be fire rated per applicable code. All demising walls or other walls at the perimeter of the Demised Premises are to be insulated and will have a minimum sound coefficient (STC) of 42. In addition one (1) hour rated corridor walls shall be fully insulated. All partitions having hang on furniture shall be reinforced with sheetmetal backing inside of framing.

Interior Partitions. Standard interior office partitions are to be 8'-10" in height, non-load-bearing, 3-5/8" metal studs, with 1/2" gypsum board on each side. All gypsum wallboard partitions shall be taped, bedded, floated, textured, sanded and painted with two coats of water-base latex paint. Sound attenuation b▇▇▇▇ will be provided within all walls around conference rooms and restrooms, Fiberglass batt insulation (2 1/2" thick) between studs for the full height of the wall.

CARPET: Building standard shall be 28 ounce nylon carpet, glued down directly on the concrete floor without carpet pad ($22/sy allowance). Vinyl base throughout.
Interior Partitions. Shall be 5/8" fire rated gypsum wallboard on 3 5/8" metal studs to the underside of suspended ceiling grid at 9'0" above finished floor. One Lineal foot of wall will be provided per 12 square feet of office area. Gypsum wallboard is taped, bedded and sanded to accept scheduled wall finish. Gypsum wallboard applications to the inside face of the exterior wall, in office areas only, shall extend to 10'0" above finish floor, applied to metal furring strips and be taped, bedded and sanded to accept scheduled wall finish. FLOOR COVERING: Shall be selected from either 30-32 oz. cut pile nylon or 22-26 oz. level loop nylon in building standard colors in office areas. Carpet shall be directly glued down on concrete floor slab. Carpet base shall be 4" carpet base in building standard color. Warehouse area concrete floor slabs shall be sealed. CEILING HEIGHTS/CEILING SUSPENSION SYSTEM AND ACOUSTICAL CEILING TILE: Shall be 24" x 48" lay-in panel in 15/16" exposed white suspended steel grid at 9'0" clear height in office area. The warehouse ceiling is exposed structure, unpainted, at clear height to bottom of bar joists. WALL FINISHES: Vinyl wall fabrics area available for up to 20% of office wall finish in Landlord's building standard colors and types. Two coats of scrubbable flat latex will paint on office walls in building standard paint manufacturers' colors, including up to 20% deep tone accent colors.
Interior Partitions. Interior partitions shall extend from floor level to the underside of ceiling grid. Interior partitions shall be constructed using 3-5/8" metal studs and 5/8" smooth finished gypsum board each side. Black "Raco" top track, shall be used at connection of walls to ceiling. INSULATION: Sound insulation shall be provided in walls surrounding conference and lunch rooms. Sound insulation includes ceiling and walls for the lab and test room spaces. Sound insulation around private offices is excluded. A 4' wide band of fiberglass batt insulation shall be provided above ceiling, centered above walls receiving insulation.
