Intermediate Holding Companies definition

Intermediate Holding Companies means Och-Ziff Holding Corporation, a Delaware corporation, and Och-Ziff Holding LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Intermediate Holding Companies has the meaning set forth in Section 5.16(b).

Intermediate Holding Companies means Mall Holdings and the Phase II Holdings.
