If, in the opinion of the Director, a picture, etching or photograph is not in keeping with the dignity and decorum of the cemetery, they may have such inscription removed at the cost of the Interment Rights Holder or their heir or representative.
Interment Rights Holder: The person(s) authorized or entitled to inter human remains in a specified lot.
In the event of any such error that may involve the Interment or Disinterment of the remains of any persons or person in any Interment Right, the Cemetery with the permission of the local Medical Officer of Health and Interment Rights Holder, may remove and re-inter the remains in such other Interment Rights of equal value and similar location as is reasonably possible as may be substituted and granted in lieu thereof.
In special circumstances the removal of human remains may also be ordered by certain public officials without the consent of the Interment Rights Holder and/or next of kin(s).
The notice shall be considered given once sent by registered mail addressed to the current Interment Rights Holder at his/her address on the Cemetery records.
