Internal Research Purposes definition

Internal Research Purposes means any research and development by employees, students, contractors, consultants, or other representatives of a Party. Each Party will not use the other Party’s Foreground IP, except: (a) as permitted in Section 4.2 and Article 5 or (b) as required for the performance of the Project.
