Internal Reservations Services definition

Internal Reservations Services means, excluding CRS Services and Airline Support Services, the provision to any entity of systems for the collection, storage, processing, display and distribution of information concerning the travel products or services of such entity and, incidental therewith, air carriers or other travel suppliers, which enable such entity or its customers to reserve and otherwise confirm the use of such products or services, receive payment or otherwise clear transactions for such products or services and issue tickets for the acquisition or use of such products or services.
Internal Reservations Services means the provision by American or any of its Affiliates to any Person of systems and services for the computerized display or distribution of Product availability (i) which are branded under any name or ▇▇▇▇ publicly associated with the Products of American, any of its Code Share Partners or any of their respective Affiliates, or (ii) the display of which is biased in favor of the Airline Flights of American; provided, however, that, in either case, the travel-related products and services of Travel Vendors, other than Airline Flights, are displayed and distributed by such systems and services only to the extent incidental to the Principal Activity.
Internal Reservations Services means the provision to any Person of systems and services for the computerized display or distribution of information concerning the travel-related products or services of such Person or its Affiliates and, incidental therewith, other Travel Vendors.

Examples of Internal Reservations Services in a sentence

  • On an annual basis, Worldspan shall develop a plan for the utilization of the Worldspan Development Resources and, in doing so, shall consider the needs and priorities of the Hosted Airlines as users of the Internal Reservations Services.

  • During the Term, Worldspan shall establish and maintain a separate business unit (the “Airline Services Organization”) to manage the Internal Reservations Services, Airline Support Services, and related services that Worldspan provides to Air Carriers.

  • All Message types processed by the Independent Complex operated to provide Internal Reservations Services for Delta.

More Definitions of Internal Reservations Services

Internal Reservations Services means the provision of Reservations Services to (i) airport facilities, (ii) reservations centers, (iii) Airline Offices or (iv) other facilities, in each case (i) through (iv) operated by Customer (including services operated on behalf of Customer by a third party) or its Coordinated Associates or Marketing Associates, and (v) General Sales Agents.
