Internally Generated Cash definition

Internally Generated Cash means, with respect to any period, any cash of Borrower and its Subsidiaries generated during such period, excluding Net Asset Sale Proceeds, Net Insurance/Condemnation Proceeds and any cash that is received from an incurrence of Indebtedness, an issuance of Equity Interests or a capital contribution.
Internally Generated Cash means, with respect to any Person, cash funds of such Person and its Restricted Subsidiaries not constituting (x) proceeds of the issuance of (or contributions in respect of) Equity Interests of such Person and (y) proceeds of the incurrence of Indebtedness (other than extensions of credit under the ABL Facility or any other revolving credit or similar facility) by such Person or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries.

More Definitions of Internally Generated Cash

Internally Generated Cash means any amount expended by the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries and not representing (a) a reinvestment by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiaries of the Net Cash Proceeds of any Prepayment Asset Sale outside the ordinary course of business or Property Loss Event, (b) the proceeds of any issuance of any Disqualified Stock, Preferred Stock or long-term Indebtedness of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary (other than Indebtedness under any revolving credit facility) or (c) any credit received by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary with respect to any trade in of property for substantially similar property or any “like kind exchange” of assets.
