Internally Generated Cash definition

Internally Generated Cash means, with respect to any period, any cash of Borrower and its Subsidiaries generated during such period, excluding Net Asset Sale Proceeds, Net Insurance/Condemnation Proceeds and any cash that is received from an incurrence of Indebtedness, an issuance of Equity Interests or a capital contribution.

Internally Generated Cash means, with respect to any Person, cash funds of such Person and its Restricted Subsidiaries not constituting (x) proceeds of the issuance of (or contributions in respect of) Equity Interests of such Person and (y) proceeds of the incurrence of Indebtedness (other than extensions of credit under the ABL Facility or any other revolving credit or similar facility) by such Person or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries.

Internally Generated Cash means, with respect to any Person, funds of such Person and its Subsidiaries not constituting (x) proceeds of the issuance of (or contributions in respect of) Equity Interests of such Person, (y) proceeds of the incurrence of Indebtedness by such Person or any of its Subsidiaries (other than under any revolving credit facility or line of credit) or (z) proceeds of Dispositions and Casualty Events.

More Definitions of Internally Generated Cash

Internally Generated Cash means any amount expended by the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries and not representing (a) a reinvestment by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiaries of the Net Cash Proceeds of any Prepayment Asset Sale outside the ordinary course of business or Property Loss Event, (b) the proceeds of any issuance of any Disqualified Stock, Preferred Stock or long-term Indebtedness of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary (other than Indebtedness under any revolving credit facility) or (c) any credit received by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary with respect to any trade in of property for substantially similar property or any “like kind exchange” of assets.

Internally Generated Cash means cash generated from Lead Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries’ operations or borrowings under the ABL Credit Agreement, any similar working capital facility permitted under Section 10.04 or any Qualified Securitization Transaction or Receivables Facility permitted under Section 10.04 and not representing (i) a reinvestment by Lead Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiaries of the Net Sale Proceeds of any Asset Sale or Net Insurance Proceeds of any Recovery Event, (ii) the proceeds of any issuance of any Equity Interests or any Indebtedness of Lead Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary (excluding borrowings under the ABL Credit Agreement, any similar working capital facility permitted under Section 10.04 or any Qualified Securitization Transaction or Receivables Facility permitted under Section 10.04) or (iii) any credit received by Lead Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary with respect to any trade-in of property for substantially similar property or any “like kind exchange” of assets.

Internally Generated Cash means cash generated from the Lead Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries’ operations and not representing (i) a reinvestment by the Lead Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiaries of the Net Sale Proceeds of any Asset Sale or Net Insurance Proceeds of any Recovery Event, (ii) the proceeds of any issuance of any Equity Interests or any Indebtedness of the Lead Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary or (iii) any credit received by the Lead Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary with respect to any trade in of property for substantially similar property or any “like kind exchange” of assets.

Internally Generated Cash means cash resulting from operations of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries and not constituting (x) proceeds of the issuance of (or contributions in respect of) Equity Interests, (y) proceeds of Dispositions (other than in the ordinary course of business) and Casualty Events or (z) proceeds of the incurrence of Indebtedness.

Internally Generated Cash means, with respect to any period, any cash of Company or any Subsidiary generated during such period as a result of such Person’s operations, excluding Net Asset Sale Proceeds, Net Insurance/Condemnation Proceeds, Extraordinary Receipts, Net Equity Proceeds, and any cash that is generated from an incurrence of Indebtedness or any other liability.

Internally Generated Cash means, with respect to any period, any cash of Holdings or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries generated during such period, it being understood and agreed that any cash (i) that constitutes any portion of the Available Amount (other than the initial $20,000,000 starter basket), (ii) that constitutes Net Asset Sale Proceeds or Net Insurance/Condemnation Proceeds, or (iii) that is the proceeds of (a) any incurrence of long term Indebtedness, (b) any issuance of Equity Interests or (c) any contribution of capital, in each case, shall not constitute Internally Generated Cash.

Internally Generated Cash means cash of the Restricted Group not constituting (x) proceeds of the issuance of (or contributions in respect of) Equity Interests, (y) proceeds of Dispositions pursuant to Section 7.05(d), 7.05(j), 7.05(k), 7.05(m), 7.05(o) or 7.05(p) and Casualty Events or (z) proceeds of the incurrence of Indebtedness; provided that the proceeds of an incurrence of Revolving Loans or extensions of credit under any other revolving credit or similar facility shall be deemed to be “Internally Generated Cash”.
