Internet Property definition

Internet Property means all rights, title and interest in and to any internet-related assets, whether owned or licensed, including without limitation domain names, URLs, websites (and all content, source code, design, layout, metadata and “look and feel” thereof), social media accounts, email lists, online forums or communities, mobile/web applications, and any agreements, registrations or renewals, renewals-in-part or extensions with respect thereto.
Internet Property means URLs, domain names, Internet web sites and the content thereof.
Internet Property means all URLs, internet protocol addresses and corresponding domain names, including all registrations and applications therefor.

Examples of Internet Property in a sentence

  • Licensor shall fully cooperate with Licensee’s exercise of its rights under this Section 2.G, and shall not provide any instruction to or take any action with respect to any domain name registrar or other provider of any Licensed Internet Property that is contrary to Licensee’s rights under this Section 2.G.

  • SpinCo Licensor represents that Company Licensees have been granted sufficient licenses to Intellectual Property Rights (excluding Trademarks, Internet Property Rights, and Copyrights), including the SpinCo CMI, to make or have made SpinCo Specialty Products under Section 2.2(c).

  • Within twenty (20) Business Days following the Distribution Time, SpinCo shall, and shall cause the SpinCo Group and each of SpinCo’s other Affiliates having a name, Trademark or Internet Property that includes a Company Trademark to change its name to a name that does not include any Company Trademark, including making any relevant legal filings.

  • Company may withdraw approval of an Internet Property at any time in its sole discretion.

  • To the extent a visitor has specified certain preferences regarding treatment of their data (including opting-out from having certain information collected or shared for behavioral advertising purposes), whether with Affiliate’s Internet Property or with a third party platform that Affiliate uses, Affiliate shall honor Users’ opt-out choices in all respects.

  • Any Lead Data provided by Affiliate to Company must be entered by Users in real time on an Internet Property owned or exclusively controlled by Affiliate (or its Sub-Affiliates, subject to Section 3.5).

  • We also reserve the right to use Your Internet Property to market Our own Internet Property in any promotion or marketing campaign of Our choice.

Internet Property means any Internet-aware forum, software application or platform by which Users view, access or interact with advertisements. Examples of Internet Properties include, but are not limited to, webpages; online applications; toolbars; social media applications; web-related technologies that contain or transmit content to Users (e.g. Adobe Flash); mobile applications (sometimes called “apps”); and e-mail lists, newsletters, or platforms that transmit electronic messages or mail.
