Examples of Interpolated Screen Rate in a sentence
If no Screen Rate is available for LIBOR or EURIBOR for the required currency or Interest Period of that Loan and it is not possible to calculate the Interpolated Screen Rate, the Interest Period of that Loan shall (if it is longer than the applicable Fallback Interest Period) be shortened to the applicable Fallback Interest Period and the applicable LIBOR or applicable EURIBOR for that shortened Interest Period shall be determined pursuant to the definition of “LIBOR” or “EURIBOR” (as applicable).
In the absence of a period comparable to the Interest Period being available as a Screen Rate (a “Discontinued Interest Period”), then (provided there are Screen Rates for other Interest Periods for Dollars) the Eurodollar Base Rate shall mean the Interpolated Screen Rate as of approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period.
If the rate referenced in the preceding sentence is not available, “U.K. Dollar LIBOR Rate” means the Interpolated Screen Rate.
If no Screen Rate is available for EURIBOR for the Interest Period of a Loan (Facility A), the applicable EURIBOR shall be the Interpolated Screen Rate for a period equal in length to the Interest Period of that Loan (Facility A).
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, if any Interpolated Screen Rate shall be less than zero, such Interpolated Screen Rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement.
