Interruptible Storage Capacity definition

Interruptible Storage Capacity. “ means a Storage Capacity (or part of it), which may be interrupted or reduced (restricted) by the SSO based on his own decision, and the Storage Customer shall be obliged to pay the agreed fee even in the event of interruption and/or reduction (restriction).
Interruptible Storage Capacity means Storage Capacity that the SSO can interrupt or reduce on the basis of these Rules of Operation and/or the Gas Storage Agreement;
Interruptible Storage Capacity means the Storage Capacity the provision of which may be interrupted or limited by POZAGAS as provided for in the Rules of Operation and/or the Technical Terms and Conditions, respectively Tender Terms and Conditions and/or the Gas Storage Contract.

Examples of Interruptible Storage Capacity in a sentence

  • Operator shall, store quantities of gas for Customer up to, but not exceeding, Customer’s Maximum Interruptible Storage Capacity as specified in Exhibit A, attached hereto, as the same may be amended from time to time by agreement between Customer and Operator, or in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Commission.

  • Interruptible Capacity means capacity that may be interrupted by the Operator at any time in order to fulfil shippers’ nominations under a firm capacity reservation.

The Offer Floor for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is a Special Case Resource shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.5. The Offer Floor for Additional CRIS MW shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.6. For the purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Non-Qualifying Entry Sponsors” shall mean a Transmission Owner, Public Power Entity, or any other entity with a Transmission District in the NYCA, or an agency or instrumentality of New York State or a political subdivision thereof.

  • Tank means an enclosed space which is formed by the permanent structure of a ship and which is designed for the carriage of liquid in bulk.

  • Contracted Capacity means the capacity (in MW AC) contracted with MSEDCL for supply by the successful bidder at the Delivery Point from the Solar Power Project.
