Intra-Group Liabilities definition

Intra-Group Liabilities means the Liabilities owed by any member of the Group to any of the Intra-Group Lenders.

Intra-Group Liabilities means any amounts owed by the Luxembourg Guarantor to any of its Affiliates and that have not been financed (directly or indirectly) by a borrowing under this Agreement.

Intra-Group Liabilities has the meaning specified in Section 12.02(b).

More Definitions of Intra-Group Liabilities

Intra-Group Liabilities means any amounts owed by such Luxembourg Guarantor to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries that have not been financed (directly or indirectly) by a borrowing under the Debt Documents (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement). The limitation specified in this Section 11.02(b) shall not apply to (i) any amounts borrowed by such Luxembourg Guarantor under the Debt Documents (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement) and (ii) any amounts borrowed under the Debt Documents (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement) and on-lent to such Luxembourg Guarantor (in any form whatsoever).

Intra-Group Liabilities as defined in Section 7.15.

Intra-Group Liabilities means any amounts owed by the Guaranteeing Subsidiary to any other member of the group to which the Guaranteeing Subsidiary belongs and that have not been financed from the proceeds of Notes.

Intra-Group Liabilities means all existing liabilities owed by a Luxembourg Guarantor to any Affiliate of such Luxembourg Guarantor. The above limitation shall not apply to any amounts borrowed by, or made available to, in any form whatsoever, under any Credit Documents or Second Lien Credit Documents (or any document entered into in connection therewith), any Luxembourg Guarantor or any of its (current or future) direct or indirect Subsidiaries.

Intra-Group Liabilities means all present and future liabilities at any time of any Debtor or Security Provider to any Intra-Group Lender under the Intra-Group Debt Documents, both actual and contingent and whether incurred solely or jointly or in any other capacity together with any of the following matters relating to or arising in respect of those liabilities:
