IntraLATA Toll Traffic definition

IntraLATA Toll Traffic means the IntraLATA traffic, regardless of the transport protocol method, between two locations within one LATA where one of the locations lies outside of the mandatory local calling area as defined by the Commission.

IntraLATA Toll Traffic. Telecommunications traffic between two locations within one LATA where one of the locations lies outside of the originating or terminating CenturyLink Local Calling Area as defined in CenturyLink’s local exchange Tariff on file with the Commission.

IntraLATA Toll Traffic means all intraLATA calls other than Local Traffic calls.

Examples of IntraLATA Toll Traffic in a sentence

• If either Party fails to pass at least ninety percent (90%) of calls that originate on its network with CPN within a monthly billing period, then either Party may require that separate trunk groups for Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic be established.

IntraLATA Toll Traffic means those intraLATA calls that are not defined as Local Traffic in this Agreement.

IntraLATA Toll Traffic means telecommunications traffic as defined in accordance with Sprint’s then-current intraLATA toll serving areas to the extent that said traffic originates and terminates within the same LATA.

IntraLATA Toll Traffic means landline-to-landline telecommunications traffic as defined in accordance with CenturyLink’s then-current intraLATA toll serving areas to the extent that said traffic originates and terminates within the same LATA.
