Intrinsic Value definition

Intrinsic Value means reinstatement value of insured property or item less due allowance for betterment, wear and tear and/or depreciation
Intrinsic Value means, with respect to an Option or SAR Award, the product of (i) the excess, if any, of (A) the price or implied price per Share in a Change in Control or other event over (B) the exercise or hurdle price of such Award multiplied by (ii) the number of Shares covered by such Award.
Intrinsic Value means, as of any Determination Date in respect of a Stock Option, the amount by which the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock exceeds the Exercise Price under such Stock Option.
